Scope
Discovery · Service design · IA · High-fidelity prototyping · Engineering collaboration
Designing the service around the people accountable for the content.
For AI-assisted steering information, the experience was not only an authoring interface. It was an ecosystem of creators, subject-matter experts, responsible reviewers, assurance providers and employees consuming contextualized information.
My contribution: product discovery, systems thinking, service design and AI-assisted workflow design at Ericsson.
How I work
Design is how we make change understandable.
01
See the whole system
I connect research, journeys, operations, data and organizational realities — not just screens.
02
Make strategy tangible
I turn uncertainty into shared language, testable concepts and decisions teams can act on.
03
Design AI around agency
I shape trustworthy human–AI interactions that amplify expertise without diminishing human judgment.
04
Bring people with the change
I facilitate alignment and capability building so transformation becomes something people own.
About Ahnis
Curiosity has always been my way into complex places.
I've worked with technology since my teens — across development, public services, health tech and global enterprise transformation.
My practice combines systems thinking, design craft and a deep interest in how people understand and adopt technology. I'm most useful where the problem crosses boundaries: where a product is also a service, an AI workflow is also a trust question, and transformation is something people experience.
